Dan graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1996 and was admitted to law school at Wake Forest University. He graduated from Wake Forest with honors in 1999 and was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif. While at Wake Forest, Dan won awards in Torts, Labor Law, Health Law, Education Law, Law and Economics, and International Law.

 

Dan is also active in the community. He is the President of the Smyrna Rotary Club, a member of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce and a former candidate for the Georgia State Senate.

Sam's practice includes real estate litigation, commercial litigation, civil rights, insurance law, domestic matters, and labor and employment and disputes.

Sam received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in an impressive three years, majoring in Political Science. During his time in college, Sam's educational interests led him to volunteer in the political and civil rights arenas, sparking an interest in the law. Sam followed that passion to Wake Forest University Law School, where he graduated in 2007.

 

In addition to his education, Sam already brings first chair trial experience in civil matters to the firm's clients.
